1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  • In cases of high order volume or unforeseen delays, we will notify you promptly.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic (within [Your Country]): 3–7 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days (may vary by destination)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances may extend shipping times.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once the shipment reaches your country.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.

  • If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

  • If needed, you may also contact us and we’ll do our best to help resolve the matter.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship in many countries but mostly in the US. 

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses (unless exceptions apply).
